Users of pretalx.com are already on the latest version of pretalx and have access to all of the listed new features and bugfixes. Administrators of self-hosted pretalx instances can find upgrade instructions here.

Security fixes in this release. Administrators of self-hosted instances should upgrade as soon as possible to apply these fixes.

Security

• The CfP submission form for a new submission contained public resources from other submissions of the same event in the resource section when the CfP form was opened via an access code link.

Schedule

• [Fixed bug] Single session times on the public talk page are now correctly converted into the visitor’s local timezone again, instead of being shown unchanged in the event’s timezone.

Organiser backend: E-Mails

• [Fixed bug] Previewing a session email could lead to errors when the recipient groups contained both individual speakers and individual sessions due to placeholder conflicts.

• [Fixed bug] Deleting a session that had answers to reviewer questions attached to its reviews no longer crashes with a database error.

Organiser backend: Scheduling

• [Fixed bug] Breaks copied to other rooms via the schedule editor are now correctly displayed as breaks immediately, instead of briefly appearing as regular sessions until the page is reloaded.
